Oneself-Others Conflict (cf. Now-Next Conflict)
When your Oneself is either tolerating and trying to rebel against the behavior that your Others is engaging in or insisting upon or your Others is feeling resigned or discouraged about getting what he or she wants because of Oneself's behavior and/or blaming your Oneself, then you have a Oneself-Others Conflict.
Said differently, it is a lack of either Selfish-Service Integrity or Express-Emage Integrity.
To resolve a Oneself-Others Conflict, go to Oneself and Others or to the OOI toolkit.
