I decided to name this video after a jingle that Kellogg's used on TV to advertise their Rice Krispies in the 1950s when I was a teenager.
Rice Krispies is a slow-acting toxin containing refined rice and refined sugar, both with almost all the nutrients removed (except calories)
that used to be a part of my diet before I knew better.

But now the words to this jingle have new meanings: you can prepare this super healthy and delicious breakfast in a snap,
it creates consistent energy implied by something having crackle,
and you just pop it in the microwave for two minutes
before you have a hot, delicious, and nutritious breakfast ready to eat.
